Again and again.

The McDonald's is not that crowded in the Corona time. You can order and get everything on the menu in a very short time. I was very satisfied with my soft ice cream.

The worst McDonald's ever: it is not possible to order via the app, it is also not possible to redeem vouchers, staff tries everything but does not work: this is called digitization in 2020. Food is served cold, the great view is the best thing about McDonald's.

Cold fries and the refill took over 15 minutes and were sometimes not really warm. Not enough staff on board?

Interesting menu. Yummy as always but try to eat some local specialties as well

French fries this time especially cold Not that the claim would have been to get something hot with the big M. It should be lukewarm, however. Sorry, but really one of the worst of the not very good Mc's

I know staff is hard to find anywhere at the moment, but it's all a matter of division. I've never waited so long at McDonald's, which was so little going on. Otherwise, eat everything well as you know it from Mc.

Everything is well organized and the fries are really great here

Cool atmosphere, seats are not cleaned (Corona) unfriendly staff, ice cream cone is eaten by the staff as a comment, yes wilsch a neus han ...... no thanks not so.

Everything MC Donald's standard. Staff easily overwhelmed. Access to the car counter a bit problematic, very steep.

After we stood in line for 10 minutes, we would be extremely rude that the employee would call it a day and only the couple in front of us would come. Is that the employee herself, who did not look at us several times? We'd have to get in line again. That's not how customer service works!

As soon as the order was placed, the drinks came, and immediately afterwards the food. Very tasty and lovingly arranged. The chef greeted you personally, called the menu and said succinctly "no matter what you want to eat, say it and you will get it". The food was delicious, the baby shrimp really good. One likes to come back here 👍

The location is great. Everything important for this area is nearby. And parking (full day costs 5, - €) and mountains and lake (Königsee) and cable car (adult 28, - €) The toilet is free. There are only few employees and you wait a long time for an order. We were on Friday lunchtime. And the staff are nice.

Chaos at the operator. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for our order. 4 x Big mac. Because before they were all done in the kitchen, the staff gave them to other customers after me.

No ice cream and no milkshakes

We went but we left because it didn't have an automatic machine to order and we couldn't pass any coupons we had.

The place was private and friendly. We had a chicken and a veggie meal with local chips. Excellent service and good meals. There are 3 private areas you can relax. Toilets were clean. The local area near the lake is beautiful 😚

Fast service, food was just as in any other McDonald's restaurant.

It was a disappointing experience because the person at the counter was probably a trainee. He took long time to take the orders and type them in the system to generate the order. And after the payment as well he looked really confused on what to put on the plate. We had to miss our bus in the process. He was not completely aware of the menu as well. But nevertheless we got the order and it was pretty okay.

I’ve been coming here for 20 years and every time it’s the same. OPEN BEFORE 11!!!!! Every time there are 20 people waiting to get food at 11am when they open and , of course, they act surprised. So just open earlier! Anyway if you want to wait 30 mins for food then you’ll love it. Or go after 12 when they finally get caught up from the surprise rush that has been occurring for 20 years.

Nice place for food & gathering

Food was ok and quite fresh. Service was a bit slow, but friendly. Tables, trolley and floor were clean, unfortunately no paper to dry hands on the toilet. All in all, I have had good experiences in this McDonald's. There were already much worse. Would visit again

2 orders were put in the same plastic plate until it was full so my drink fell off. I felt like they were giving food for pigs not humans

Small and quaint. They speak English there.

They don’t accept Mastercard and didn’t think to point that out when the card got rejected for the third time. Didn’t think to mention there’s an ATM literally a minute away either. Also a tone of misunderstandings with the order.

Was dirty and clumsy when I visited. There was no one to even to clean the place

One of the only late night places in Königsee that is open past 22.30. Has a drive through out door seating and a kids play ground. Parking is limited.

Very beautiful view from windows at the Alps. I have seen better toilets.

Asked to refill my reusable waterbottle, waiter thought for a second and replied with 2.9€, waiting for our reaction whether we will fall for it or not.. simple tourist scammer.

We ordered for vegan burgers for takeaway but instead were given beef burgers instead. We did not realise it until later . Terrible service and this is totally unacceptable

The food was great and all but it was really busy. They don’t have easy orders and the trash cans where full. Came back later that eavening and it was clean again probably just a busy hour. They use the old system in witch the person at the register also makes your flurry, fries, etc so if you only order a flurry you don’t have to wait that long. But if the person in front of you has a large order you have to wait longer. In the new system everyone is a part so it’s more efficient. This requires more staff though. I would say give it a fresh Cote of paint maybe add easy orders and switch to the new system. All and all nice Mcdonalds’s but little outdated.

All the sandwiches, fries/chips, success, drinks, desserts that one would expect from the chain restaurant. There isn't much room at the counters and queues are long most of the time - understandable as this restaurant is located just a few metres outside the busy carpark in Konigssee. Service was as you'd expect, but I was a bit baffled when refused extra lettuce in my Big Mac. Another country, another practice. Maybe?

Spotless and great service

It's a McDonald's. Reasonable priced food especially considering all the nearby places focused on tourists which can get pricy.

Personnally, this McDonald has got the best mountain view during Spring. I was here in April with perfect weather so I pretty much enjoy the meal outdoor. Staff is ok but some may not be able to speak English. But this is not really a big deal. The meal is a little more salty in Germany, comparing with McDonald in Asia (this is very subjectice to persoanl preference).
